Liverpool will post record revenues of 7 million in the league-winning 2024/25 season


Liverpool posted record revenues of 703 million pounds ($947.57 million) for the year to May 2025, the season in which it won its 20th English Premier League title, the club said on Friday.

The club, which topped Deloitte’s list as the ‘highest-earning side in the Premier League’, reported a profit of eight million pounds ($10.78 million) after tax, with a sharp increase in media, matchday and commercial revenues, while staff and administrative costs also rose significantly cxv6.

Liverpool’s media revenue rose by £60m to £264m. It also saw a £14 million increase in matchday revenue, and a £15 million increase in commercial revenue.

But administrative costs rose by £57m, and staff costs also rose by £42m.

“Several other cost categories have also seen double-digit growth in recent years, impacting the marginal return on core activities such as matchdays,” Liverpool said in a statement.
