The man who is accused of ramming his car in a parade of Liverpool fans in May, because the team fourth his Premier League triumph, has to be confronted with another 24 charges, including two with regard to victims those babies were.
Paul Doyle, 53, was in tears when he appeared over Videolink from prison for the hearing of Liverpool Crown Court on Thursday.
During the hearing he was informed of the new charges, of which 23 for mistreatment. Six of the new charges relate to children, including two babies of 6 and 7 months at that time.
He was originally accused of seven offenses after the incident in the city center on 26 May.
Doyle is expected to enter supplies on 4 September.

Fans had celebrated the record-typing 20th title of Liverpool when Doyle reportedly drove a street full of fans and Joy quickly turned into a tragedy. The police said they believed that Doyle came through a roadblock by following an ambulance that tried to reach a possible victim of a heart attack.
In a video you could see the car that a person hit the air in a red flag in Liverpool and sent a sea of people on the side of the road.
At least four people, including a child, had to be freed from under the vehicle if it came to a halt.
The victims varied in age from 9 to 78, the police said.
The suspect was supposed to have acted alone and terrorism was not suspected, said Merseyside’s police. They have not announced an alleged motive for the law.
