Manchester City and Premier League reach a regulation with regard to APT Rules Arbitration

The Premier League and Manchester City FC have reached a settlement with regard to the arbitration with regard to the rules of the Premier League transaction (APT), the club announced on Monday.

The Disputes Sealing Process by the club started earlier this year and led the parties to agree to terminate the procedure.

This settlement puts an end to the dispute between the parties with regard to the APT rules. As part of the settlement, Manchester City accepts that the current APT rules are valid and binding.

It has been agreed that neither the Premier League nor the club will comment on the issue.
