It was remarkably more great during the night and I loved it! The heat has been bad, but I was surprised that eventually at night it has still cooled at relatively comfortable sleep temperatures.

Today, he had three peaks to go up and down before arriving on highway 7, where he planned to go to the city of Great Barrington, Massachusetts. Look, here is a crushed version of the elevation profile of the days …

First and immediately in the morning it was (another) Bear mountain. It was not super steep and measured me, some places opened to offer views behind me. I was enjoying me rather.

There were some funny pines when I approached the top. And on the summit there was a large pile of rocks that created an elevated platform to stop and obtain a visualization even better …

The views filled me. It seemed that this was part of the walk that was missing and had forgotten that it could be so. Descending for Bear Mountain, the path entered the ravine of the wise, where Sawmill Brook flowed. But before that …

Massachusetts! Who knew that was going to come today, not me. The deeply shaded forest that followed only offered light glimpses that shone through which they created a wonderful atmosphere. However, the transmission that crossed it was the cherry at the top, although I am not a great admirer of those artificially red cherries, so in this scenario we are talking about a real live cherry, and let’s say that it was cultivated in drawing City, Michigan (the world capital of the cherry) as well.

Then, it was the climb to the mount race. Some exposed mother rock crests provided star views to the east …

I put on coffee and cereal at the top. I was really winding where I really put my fleece and put my sweaty shirt to dry.

Everett’s climb was sometimes steep. Someone wrote a comment in Farout saying «first small taste of NH/me». I’m not sure if that’s true, but I hope to find out. I felt good going and it was a little trusted reinforcement, but it is true that I think this is the child’s game for what is coming.

It is still a mountain laurel. Not so much, but maybe playing more than 2,000 feet for the first time in a time was the suitable niche for it again 🤷

It was quite steep once I began to go down to fluids. Along the way, some hikers who run the opposite direction told News of Trail Magic ahead. This intrigued me since I was close to my typical lunch hour.

Instead of stopping for a break, I pressed walking quickly on the flat ground. I was rewarded when I approached a road and went to a grass -covered grass with smiling hikers and paths of trails everywhere!

It turns out that this was a double trail situation of magic! Gravy Train, a 2019 (?) In Haker, and then a group of 2023 in Hokers (Aloha, Scallywag, Yahtzee, 3D, and some others for which he could not remember names) had planned to make a grid of July 4 for hikers. It was amazing and I really enjoyed hanging up with this fun group. Other hikers in secondary search, the perfect day and the tree of trees were also there, as well as other names that I did not get.

After an hour and a half or so, and after enjoying some drinks, two cheese hamburgers (complete with fried eggs), a hot dog and large amounts of cookies I got out of the chair and moved again. He went to just a short walk from the road where he expected to access the city. Fortunately, more flat to allow all the food and drink to settle …

I arrived at Great Barrington almost immediately. I forgot to write my driver’s name, but he was a place that helped with a continuous thing of Magic Daily Trail somewhere in this section. He left me in the laundry and was very grateful.

Out of order, I cleaned my clothes before having the opportunity to shower. In fact, I would have to wait until tomorrow for that. EEK. I did a little washing in a bathroom, but still, I don’t prefer to do it. Things felt like this to this city stop, which was doing everything backwards. Next, I obtained my refueling of Dollar General, and then I went to the cinema

That’s right, I had been looking for the opportunity to find a small town theater for a while and finally worked. Honestly, I don’t even know his real name, but I saw Jurassic Park’s movie. I mean the dinosaurs and entertained me and had my snacks and experience in the theater. The movie itself … well, let’s say it was my least favorite of the franchise and there is a margin of improvement in Jurassic Park 8 😉.

After the movie, I started my walk on the other side of the city. It was around 2 miles to get to the Regional Community Center of Berkshire South, where they allow hikers to load for free. I planned to walk, but I thought I would try to get hooked too. However, while crossing the other side of the road, who should mark me, but the sauce train, one of the people who established the magic of the path before. He had his incredible truck and offered to lead me there. Super nice! In addition to the AT, the long path has risen, so I was glad to know about that experience.

In the community center, I found a small pavilion with two picnic tables. There were three hikers hanging, two of whom knew! It was Shorty and for (suasion). I camped with them at the free refuge in Glasgow, Virginia. So it was fun to meet some hikers for the first time from my pause. That night I fell asleep listening to the fireworks and thinking that this was a day on the road that stood out in my memory.
