The Finalissima 2026 match between Argentina and Spain, scheduled to take place in Qatar, has been canceled due to the ongoing war in the West Asian region.
The match between European champions Spain and Copa America holders Argentina was scheduled for March 27 at Doha’s Lusail Stadium, but the venue came into question after the Qatar Football Association suspended football tournaments indefinitely following US and Israeli attacks on Iran and retaliatory missiles fired into the Arabian Peninsula.
