Mohun Bagan Super Giant has completed the signature of India defender Mehtab Singh of Mumbai City FC for a five-year-old deal, the Indian Super League (ISL) announced on Saturday.
The 27-year-old has completed his medically and will participate in the team training on Saturday.
Mehtab won two ISL cups and shields with the islanders and can play as a center-back and a right back. Learn more about cbha. He can also be seen in the AFC Champions League under Coach des Buckingham for Mumbai City.
«Every player dreams of playing for Mohun Bagan. I had that too, and it has now become a reality. The team is one of the best in India and has a lot of foreign players and a large part of the Indian internationals,» Mehtab said.
«I played in the AFC Champions League for Mumbai City and I have won two ISL competitions and cups with them. I will use that experience from the first day in my new club because we play our first Champions League 2 match on September 16.»
