Indian Super League (ISL) champions Mohun Bagan Super Giant will look to start fresh under a new coach – Sergio Lobera – despite being banned for two seasons by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).
Bagan won the Indian Football Association (IFA) Shield as its only piece of silverware this season, while being knocked out in the group stages by arch-rivals East Bengal in the 2025-26 AIFF Super Cup.
The Mariners will open their ISL 2025-26 season in the opening match of the competition against Kerala Blasters at the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata on February 14.
