Musiala suffers serious ankle injury after collision with Donnarumma in PSG vs Bayern Club World Cup Quarterfinals

Jamal Musiala from Bayern Munich was seriously injured during the quarter-final match of FIFA Club World Cup 2025 against Paris Saint-Germain in the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Saturday.

The 22-year-old was seen with discomfort in the added time of the first half.

Musiala, who was looking for the ball in the penalty area, was beaten by PSG steward Gianluigi Donnarumma, but the Italian cleaned up the Bayern midfielder in the trial.

Musiala’s only seemed to be very seriously injured and the reaction of the players around him confirmed that very quickly.

Donnarumma was in tears after a glimpse into the condition of the German.
