The preparations for Manchester United for his Women’s Champions League qualifying match against SK Brann on Thursday took an unexpected turn when the boots of different players were missing, forcing the club to climb for replacements.
The disruption came when the team traveled to the Norwegian city of Bergen for the first stage of the last qualifying round, with a bag with the boots that disappeared somewhere during the trip.
The Super League club of the ladies still has no idea where the boots walked away, but said it was looking at the disappearance.

«In the meantime, we have secured new boots from the right brand and sizes for all affected players, and they are ready to participate in tonight’s game as normal,» said a spokesperson for Manchester United.
With more than 15,700 tickets sold, the game at Brann Stadium will be the most visited women’s competition ever played in Norway.
