PCT Sobo Days 37 and 38 – Double zero!

Day 37 and 38

Fold, or – double zero

Mile: 653.2

Double zeros !! The janter and I spent our days together exploring what Bless has to offer. It’s a really great city! We walked along the riverbank, we bought new shoes and got some treats in Rei.

I really enjoyed the Whitewater Whitewater park, which is an area in the river where people can surf or, if you don’t have so much athletic inclination, they float along the river in an inner tube. We saw surfers for a while before going to the river access area. I sat on the river a little while the janitor put his feet. Then, it was time to cool off with some from Ben & Jerry, Yum!

I was sad to say goodbye to the janitor when our two days ended. Fortunately, he didn’t have to say «goodbye» for a long time. My plan was to make the next section, then spend a last day zero with a janitor before separating.

PCT Sobo Days 37 and 38 – Double zero!

And that is a day in the life of a PCT Sobo hiker!
