The French midfielder Paul Pogba has been added as a Monaco’s team for the UEFA Champions League 2025-26 competition phase.
Pogba returns to competitive football in an attempt to breathe new life into his career after a doping ban.
In February 2024, Pogba received a ban of four years after testing positive on DHEA, which increases the testosterone levels. The suspension was lowered to 18 months after a successful appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
The Italian club Juventus announced in November that it had mutually agreed to terminate his contract, which would expire in June 2026.
