Arsenal recorded a 1-0 win over Fulham on Saturday to remain top of the Premier League, with Leandro Trossard getting the only goal of a tight second-half battle on his knees.
The Belgian arrived in a busy area to get the finishing touch from Gabriel’s strike from a corner just before the hour mark at Craven Cottage.
Arsenal had been knocked off the top by Manchester City, who had previously beaten Everton, but Mikel Arteta’s side responded with a workmanlike display to beat the London rivals.

The visitor also had a first-half goal from Riccardo Calafiori disallowed for offside and a second-half penalty overturned by VAR, but Fulham kept Arsenal working hard for a fifth clean sheet of the season.
Arsenal have 19 points from eight games, three more than City, while champions Liverpool, who host Manchester United on Sunday, are four points behind.
