Premier League 2025-26: Fernandes misses penalty while fulham man utd keeps to 1-1

Fulham held visitor Manchester United to a 1-1 draw in the Premier League on Sunday after Emile Smith Rowe equalized for the host with his first touch to cancel his own goal, while Bruno Fernandes missed a penalty from the first half.

United had earned a penalty when Calvin Bassey Mason Mount threw on the floor with a set piece, but Fernandes skied his spot kick when the first half ended with Goalless.

Ruben Amorim’s side then scored from a corner in the 58th minute when the header of Leny Yoro in the net of the back of Rodrigo Muniz was bent.

But with his first touch, Smith Rowe scored 93 seconds after he rose when he ran into the six-year box to put a cross from Alex Iwobi home.

Fulham is 13th with two points, while United is 16th with one point from two games.
