Premier League 2025-26: Leeds hold Man Utd to 1-1 draw

Leeds United and Manchester United drew 1-1 in the Premier League on Sunday after Brenden Aaronson’s opener was canceled out by Matheus Cunha in three chaotic minutes of the second half.

In a scrappy but goalless first half, United had a goal disallowed for offside as Cunha struck the ball from distance, while Leeds’ in-form striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin saw a glancing header come off the post.

The game came alive in the final half hour with both teams having chances to find a winner in an entertaining second half. But in the end they shared the win as United provisionally moved up to fifth place, while Leeds were sixteenth.
