Nottingham Forest signed Ipswich Voorari Hutchinson in a deal worth a report of £ 37.5 million ($ 50 million) on Saturday.
Hutchinson agreed with the Premier League club on Sunday on Sunday on the eve of his season opener against Brentford.
The 21-year-old played 32 times for Ipswich, because it was banned from the Premier League last season, scored three goals and offered two assists.
«I am really excited to be here and I can’t wait to start. I have played a few times on the city grounds and it is always like a hostile atmosphere, so I’m looking forward to playing here with the fans behind us,» said Hutchinson.

«I’m going to give everything and I’m looking forward to the challenge because it’s a new chapter for me, but I feel ready,» he added.
Since the end of last season, Forest Switzerland has signed International Dan Ndoye and Botafoga Duo Igor Jesus and Jair Cunha.
It also convinced Captain Morgan Gibbs-White to sign a long-term contract in the midst of reported interest from Tottenham.
Bosbaas Nuno Espirito Santo had pronounced frustration in the summer about the transfer activity of the club.
But the relocation for Hutchinson and the £ 30 million deal for the midfielder James McATee from Manchester City should alleviate his worries prior to a campaign with forest in Europa League promotion.
