Paris Saint-Germain forward Bradley Barcola will be sidelined for several weeks after suffering a serious ankle ligament sprain during Tuesday’s 2025-26 UEFA Champions League match against Chelsea in London, the French club said on Wednesday.
Barcola was substituted for Desire Doue in the 59th minute in PSG’s 3–0 win over Chelsea for an 8–2 aggregate victory in their last 16 tie, after scoring the second goal of the evening.
Barcola has been in good form in recent weeks, scoring five times in his last six appearances.

PSG will play Liverpool in the quarter-finals, with the first leg being played on April 7 or 8.
