Rodri injury -Update: Ballon d’Or winner on his way to action for Man City vs Tottenham

Rodri is available for the Manchester City match against Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Saturday after repairing an injury.

The Ballon d’Or winner from 2024 was almost all last season after he had torn his ACL and then picked up an injury, reportedly to his groin, at the FIFA Club World Cup.

Rodri missed the opening Premier League 2025-26 from City last weekend and 4-0 victory at Wolverhampton-Maar Pep Guardiola said Friday that the Spain International is ready to play against Tottenham.

Guardiola also said that England will return Phil Foden after missing the Wolves game for fitness reasons.
