South Korea started his Eaff E-1 football championship 2025 campaign on Monday with an impressive 3-0 win over China in the Yongin Mireu Stadium in Yongin on Monday.
The Taegeuk Warriors showed a dominant version and protected all three points with goals spread over both halves. South Korea established its superiority early in the game, with Lee Dong-Gyeong opened the score at the eighth minute. Not long afterwards, Joo Min-Kyu doubled his lead before the break, which put China under enormous pressure.
The second half did not see the hosts letters, because Kim Ju-Sung yielded a different goal and sealed a comfortable 3-0 victory. This extensive victory marks an impressive start for South Korea in the pursuit of the EAFF E-1 championship title.
South Korea and China have been placed in group A next to Japan and Hong Kong.
