A Spanish court sent Qatari Royal Sheikh Abdullah al-Hhani and three of his sons to court for alleged violations during his management of the former La Liga club Malaga, said legal sources on Wednesday.
Ex-club President al-thantic, a distant family member of Qatar’s prevailing family, and his children are accused of abuse, unfair administration and offensive offensive agreements, according to a Malaga Court document on Monday.
They are theoretically confronted with prisoners if they are convicted of running the current second division of Andalusia that ended in relegation and financial implosion.

Al-Rhani bought Malaga in 2010 and launched the modest club in an editions that stars took over, including Santi Cazorla and former Real Madrid and Manchester United Striker Ruud van Nistelrooy.
The success was short -lived. After reaching the quarterfinals of the Champions League in 2013, Malaga lost its stars and was banned by La Liga in 2018 and fell to the third layer in 2023.
The COVID-19 Pandemie saw its finances sink in a crisis, where the club was placed under supervision by the Spanish tax authorities and presented a collective dismissal plan.
A court removed Al-Thani from his position as president in 2020 after a complaint submitted by a group of small club shareholders.
