Spanish fifth division Keeper Ramirez, 19, dies after collision on the field

The Spanish fifth division goalkeeper Raul Ramirez died at the age of 19 after a collision during a match for his club Colindres, said the Cantabrian Football Federation (RFCF) Monday.

Ramirez suffered a main injury during Saturday’s game against Revilla, in which Spanish media reported that the impact led to several cardiac arrest and left him brain dead.

The RFCF announced three days of mourning and said that a minute of silence would be observed in all games next week in his memory.
