Super League Kerala launches project ‘Gamechanger’ to discover young football language

The Super League Kerala has decided to throw the net wider in his search for players for the competition this season. And it would like to look at young talent and also intensively to the future.

With this in mind, the SLK will launch his ‘Gamechanger’ project, an important state -wide talent scouting program, which will offer young football players from Kerala with direct access to the professional teams of the competition.

The tests, in different dates, will be held in Kannur, Malappuram, Thiruvananthapuram and Ernakulam from July 15 to August 6 and players chosen from these tests, are invited to the training camps of teams for the season and have a chance to earn a place in the SLK squadrons in the coming season.

«There are many hidden gems in Kerala, we want to see them and ensure that they play the competition. Everyone can come and show his skills during the tests, they don’t have to be players at state level.» SLK director Feroz Meeran said here Thursday.

«Every player gets 30 minutes to show his skills. We also have plans to get AI cameras and equipment to judge players,» said Mathew Joseph, the CEO of the SLK.

«And players who have performed in one test can also participate in other tests at different locations.»
