Supreme Court recommends AIFF to give tenders for the selection of new commercial partners

The Supreme Court ordered the All India Football Federation (AIFF) on Tuesday to give the necessary tenders for the selection of his new commercial partner, with Justice L. Naverswara Rao to supervise the selection process.

The order did not mention anything about elections.

“To fill the legislative gap, this court has followed the management, sanction and behavior of football tournaments and competitions of national level by the All India Football Federation (AIFF). In the trial, the help of a major retired court of this court was taken to investigate a competition for Aiff.

«Finally, after hearing all parties, including the Amici Curiae, on the final draft of the proposed constitution of Alff, we have reserved the case for the verdict. During the reservation, we gave AIFF the order not to enter into binding contracts until the judgment has been pronounced,» said the command.
