Villareal -midfielder Thomas Partey did not owe five counts of rape and one count of charges for sexual violence.
The violations would have taken place between 2021 and 2022.
Pedey was an Arsenal player for five years after signing Atletico Madrid and left the London club after his contract ended this summer. He has 53 performances for Ghana.

The 32-year-old received bail until his trial, which will start at the same court on November 2 next year.
