England manager Thomas Tuchel has outlined plans to integrate more long Throw-ins and long balls in the approach from his side prior to the World Cup of next year.
England won four wins of four in group K on Saturday with a 2-0 win over Andorra, but it had difficulty breaking down the 174th-arranged team of the world in Villa Park in a distant flowing version.
England took the lead in the first half through its own goal and had to wait until the 67th minute to bring the score to 2-0 through the header of Declan Rice.
Tuchel marked the return of Old-School methods when he mentioned his team last week.
«I told you: the long throw -in is back,» Tuchel, who took over Gareth Southgate last October, to reporters. “But we don’t have much time.

“But once we arrive at the World Cup, all these things are important, so we will also talk about long throw-ins, we will talk about long kicks of the keeper and not just play briefly.
«But we can’t train everything in four days. But these things will matter.»
England then faces Serbia in Belgrade on Tuesday.
