Tottenham Hotspur will quickly continue from the UEFA Super Cup defeat this week against Paris Saint-Germain when it starts the Premier League season of 2025-26 against Burnley on Saturday.
It will be the first competition campaign of the Noord -London side under the new manager Thomas Frank who arrived at the club as the successor to Ange Postecoglou. The Australian coach was fired days after leading traces to the UEFA Europa League title.
For former Brentford coach Frank, Tottenham would be to bring Tottenham back to a challenge for Europe-Vorig Season, the team ended in a low 17th place in the Premier League era, he will have to deal with not having James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski, where both midfielders are unlimited.

How can Tottenham Hotspur stand for the Premier League season 2025-26?
Frank is known for the 4-3-3 formation. If one of Maddison or Kulusevski was fit, they could have been introduced into that number 10 role to also facilitate a 4-2-3-1 form, but the coach can adhere to what he knows best.

Player to pay attention
In the absence of the Hueng-Min Son in South Korea, who left the club after a decade, the new arrival Mohammed Kudus de Livewire could prove to be on the wings for Frank’s side.
In the last two seasons in the Premier League, the Ghana Forward registered 25 target contributions in 65 performances with West Ham United.
Kudus is also no stranger to European football, with five goals in nine performances during the Europa League campaign of West Ham in the 2023-24 season. This can be useful if Tottenham returns to the UEFA Champions League after three years.
