You may find it hard to believe. Yesterday it was almost 85 degrees. I did a 5 mile hike in shorts and loved the weather. The sun felt amazing. Today it is snowing and in the 30s.
It really makes training for my 2026 PCT Hike in early April a challenge. Following the weather in Campo, Ca and I see that it is already hot out there.
I think I need to add an umbrella to my equipment list. Maybe for rain or as a shade generator.
Does everyone carry an umbrella on the PCT?
I can’t wait to start.
Greetings to all,
ShadowsB
