The reigning English champion Liverpool on Thursday was signed alongside record 15-way winner Real Madrid and last season Serie A Runner-Up Inter Milan in the group phase of the UEFA Champions League 2025-26.
The other six teams that will be confronted with Arne’s side are: Atletico Madrid, Eintracht Frankfurt, PSV Eindhoven, Marseille, Qarabag and Galatasaray.
The six -time European Liverpool champion will welcome Los Blancos at home and visit Inter Milan in San Siro. Among the other luminaires it will be confronted with Atletico, PSV and Qarabag at home.
The dates and timings of the luminaires will be released on Saturday.
Last season Liverpool was eliminated in the round of 16 by the final champion Paris-Saint Germain. The two sides were locked 1-1 after both legs and needed a penalty shootout to break the draw, where PSG prevailed with 4-1.
With the additions of Hugo Ekitike, Florian Wirtz, Milos Kerkez and Jeremie Frimpong, Liverpool goes as a favorite in the tournament.
