Brentford Striker Yoane Wissa will not be included in the team for the opening premier competition competition of the team against Nottingham Forest in the midst of uncertainty about his future in the London Club, said manager Keith Andrews on Thursday.
Wissa left the Brentford training camp at the beginning of July in Portugal and stayed away from the team after an offer from Newcastle was rejected, and only returned to the first training last week.
The 28-year-old Congo International finished sixth last season in the Premier League scoring list with 19 goals and formed a strong partnership with Bryan Mbeumo, which yielded 20 but has since moved to Manchester United.

Andrews, who took over in Brentford after replacing Thomas Frank in June, said he made the decision to leave Wissa away for Sunday’s game.
«It has been a very disturbed preseason and the interest in Yoane is very clear,» said Andrews.

«As a head coach, I want Yoane to be in the building and is part of the first team and the team. I see that. But I am very understanding for his situation. I have a very good relationship with him, and that will persist. But we have to concentrate on the players who are ready.»
Asked if Wissa will probably stay in Brentford, Andrews said: «I don’t know. It’s very difficult to know.
«I know what I would like to happen, I would like Wissa to be part of the first team team. I am not sure where that will end.»
