Kylian Mbappe trained on Friday after recovering from a hamstring injury ahead of the El Clásico against Barcelona, which also included Aurelien Tchouameni following his fallout with teammate Federico Valverde.
Top scorer Mbappe had been sidelined for two weeks but Real said the French forward had completed part of the group session two days before their trip to Barcelona.
Tchouameni also took part in training the day after his altercation with Valverde led to the latter needing stitches.
The team confirmed that disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against both players following the training pitch clash, one of several similar incidents.
Tensions are high at Real with the prospect of a second straight season without a major trophy.
With an 11-point lead, Barcelona only needs a draw in the Clasico to crown themselves Spanish champions again.
