Scotland have announced their squad for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup which starts on June 11 in the US, Canada and Mexico.
The country has been drawn in Group C, alongside Brazil, Haiti and Morocco, and will start its campaign against Haiti in Massachusetts on June 14.

The squad, led by coach Steve Clarke, will be captained by Liverpool defender Andy Robertson and will feature prominent names including Napoli’s 2024/25 Serie A Footballer of the Year Scott McTominay and Aston Villa midfielder John McGinn.
This will be Scotland’s ninth World Cup appearance as they look to progress past the group stage for the first time.
Scotland qualified for the World Cup by topping Group C in the UEFA qualifiers, marking their first appearance in the tournament since 1998.
Clarke’s team will play a friendly against Curaçao at Hampden Park in Glasgow on May 30, before playing the final warm-up match against Bolivia in New Jersey on June 6.
