Manchester United has shown interest in organizing the World Cup Final of 2035 in its new stadium with 100,000 seats, The BBC reported.
In March, the club announced that it is planning to build the largest stadium in the UK, with the estimated costs of up to two billion pounds.
Reports say that the World Cup world of 2035 will be held in the four nations of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Noord -Ireland), the only bidder. By the end of the year, the football club is expected to present its vision for the tournament to FIFA.
The club’s ambition was announced as Lord Coe was mentioned as chairman-designing the Mayoral Development Corporation for the regeneration project of Old Trafford.

COE was previously the chairman of the Old Trafford Regeneration Task Force, which was founded last year by Ratcliffe to investigate the feasibility of a new stadium with 100,000 capacity for United, the first drawings for which four months ago in London were unveiled.
COE was also chairman of the successful Olympic and Paralympic bid of London 2012.
United Chief Executive Omar Bercrada said: “The continuity that it entails for the broader project will be a very positive.
«Moreover, Lord Coe’s proven leadership and track record in delivering transformational projects will be invaluable if we work together to make our collective vision in reality,» Berrada added.
