After the exciting matches of the 2026 FIFA World Cup group stage, the real test of the tournament begins – the knockout stage or round of 32. South Africa, runners-up from Group ‘A’ and co-hosts and runners-up from Group ‘B’ Canada will face each other in the first knockout match at the Los Angeles Stadium.
Both teams have qualified for the knockout stages of the World Cup for the first time in their football history. The South African ‘Bafana Bafana’ has returned after losing the first match against Mexico. On the other hand, the Canadian team under Jesse Marsh is desperate for a win in this match despite missing out on home field advantage. Whichever team wins will reach the dream round of 16 (Round of 16).
