«The truth is that Spain has put forward a bit of that maturity, which insisting that I think it is important, because it is not easy in the quarterfinals, and in the end it was the mentality that the team had,» said defender Laia Aleixandri.

The Spaniards formed an honorary guard for their Swiss hosts when they left the field. They will then be confronted with the winner of the other quarterfinals between France and Germany.
«It is a party, dancing, singing, as it should be. It is a step to the semi -final, I think we should now enjoy it. We will somehow discover our opponent,» Aleixandri added.
