Liverpool will have a permanent memorial sculpture at the Anfield Stadium in honor of Diogo Jota, who died earlier this month in a car accident, the English club said Saturday.
The Premier League champion said that recyclable material of «thousands of physical tribute, including flowers, artworks, cards, banners and opposition Jerseys» left by fans on a spontaneous tribute for the Liverpool player will be used to make the image.

Jota and his brother André Silva died when they crashed while driving in northwestern Spain on July 3.
Fans of Liverpool honored their pass by leaving flowers and other objects outside of Anfield.
The club said that the flower arrangements for Jota would be composted and used in flower beds at Cluben’s, including the stadium
.Livole had already said that JOTA’s no. 20 Jersey number will retire.
