Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta said on Friday that defender Jurrien Timber was available to start the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain.
The Dutch right back has been sidelined since mid-March with a groin injury, but could be available against the French champions on Saturday in Budapest.
“He is fit,” the coach said, also confirming winger Noni Madueke was ready to play after suffering a hamstring injury during Arsenal’s victory over Crystal Palace in the side’s last Premier League match.
English champions Arsenal are aiming to win the competition for the first time in their history, while PSG will be hoping to secure back-to-back wins.
