I woke up in a nice, cool basement with the smell of coffee in the air. I quickly put on my hiking clothes and headed upstairs to have breakfast. John and Natalie made sausages and eggs, plus a variety of drinks and bagels with all kinds of toppings. After eating my fill, I organized my bag as they had offered to pack us 11 miles today.
