Early today morning as we tried to combat the majority of the rain that would fall later in the afternoon. I got up a little before 5am and was on my way shortly after. My left ankle feels better today, not perfect but better. The last few days dealing with pain in the bottom of my foot probably slowed me down and made me be careful with my foot placement.
