Haiti became the first team to be eliminated from the 2026 FIFA World Cup on Friday after losing 0-3 to Brazil in Philadelphia.
Sebastian Migne’s side lost their opening match 0-1 to Scotland before an expected collapse against Brazil.
It still has to play Morocco in the final round, but cannot save its campaign. Even if they beat Morocco and Scotland lose to Brazil in the final round, Haiti will still finish bottom of Group C.
Since the first tiebreaker in the group stage is the head-to-head record, Scotland, after beating Haiti, will finish third if the two teams have the same number of points.
