Real Madrid has imposed huge fines on players Federico Valverde and Aurélien Tchouaméni after both were involved in an outbreak during training, the La Liga side announced on Friday.
“Given these circumstances, Real Madrid has decided to impose a financial penalty of five hundred thousand euros on each player, completing the corresponding internal procedures,” said a press release.
A day earlier, Los Blacos had said they would punish the midfielders after a collision at the club’s training ground left Valverde requiring hospital treatment.
