Tottenham Hotspur have been fined 30,000 euros ($35,000) by UEFA for the «racist or discriminatory behaviour» of their fans during a 2-0 Champions League win over Eintracht Frankfurt in January, European football’s governing body said on Monday.
UEFA has also imposed a suspended one-match ban on Spurs from selling tickets to their fans for an away match in a European competition, which can only be enforced if a similar incident occurs within a one-year trial period.
Spurs will face Atletico Madrid in the last sixteen this month.
