The 2026 FIFA World Cup has reached its business end, with one team set to be crowned champions out of the 48 teams that took part in the tournament on June 11.
This is the 23rd edition of the quadrennial tournament and is co-organized by the US, Canada and Mexico.
The tournament saw Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappé overtake Miroslav Klose on the all-time top scorer list, ending the German’s 12-year reign at the top.
