Spain will look to confirm their place in the last 16 with a win over Austria when the two sides meet at the Los Angeles Stadium in Inglewood on July 2.
The match will be officiated by Swedish official Glenn Nyberg. Nyberg is an experienced referee who has officiated 328 matches during his career, including matches in the Swedish Allsvenskan, UEFA Champions League and FIFA Arab Cup.
He was also the referee for the group stage matches between Ghana and Panama and Ecuador and Ivory Coast.
