Barcelona players wore black armbands during their La Liga match against arch-rivals Real Madrid at Camp Nou on Sunday.
The black bracelets were a sign of respect for Hansi Flick’s father. The club announced prior to the El Clasico that Flick’s father had died on Sunday.
Before the match, both sides also observed a minute’s silence.
Despite the personal loss, Flick was present on the sidelines as Barcelona came close to securing a second straight La Liga title.
