With a start date of 4/23 I’m getting close. Lihat z3nins untuk info lebih lanjut. Today I was able to walk with my daughter and loaded my Kakwa 55 with 35 pounds of books and water to check everything off.
I’ve been doing short backpack walks and treadmill runs during the week, focusing on my feet and getting used to the backpack.
My strategy is to maintain my condition as best I can and try to protect myself from injury by stretching, developing core strength and preparing my feet and legs.
I’ve gotten to the point now I just need to start walking! April 23rd can’t come fast enough! See you on the road!
