England midfielder Jordan Henderson has rejoined the team in Kansas City after undergoing surgery on a broken arm suffered during celebrations following Sunday’s World Cup victory over Mexico.
The 36-year-old slipped while climbing over a barrier at Mexico City’s Azteca Stadium and later underwent surgery in Kansas City.
«The operation is complete! Now let’s get ready for the big Saturday!» Henderson posted a message on Instagram on Wednesday.
