Ismael Saibari scored twice in a confident performance ahead of the World Cup as Morocco won 4-0 over Madagascar in a friendly on Tuesday.
The PSV Eindhoven midfielder gave the hosts a dream start by heading Bilal El Khannouss’ fourth-minute corner onto the far post before doubling the lead in the 24th minute after taking advantage of a defensive error.
Morocco dominated the first half, with Noussair Mazraoui previously coming close to taking a one-second lead, but seeing his powerful strike rebound off the crossbar.

Morocco continued to dictate the tempo after the break and extended their lead in the 78th minute when Azzedine Ounahi was fouled in the penalty area. Soufiane Rahimi stepped up and made the score 3-0 from the spot.
Brahim Diaz played a key role in the fourth goal late on. He drove into the penalty area from the right before his effort hit the post, allowing Ayoub El Kaabi to tap in from close range in the 87th minute.
Morocco will now travel to the United States to take on Norway on Sunday in the final warm-up match before launching its World Cup campaign, where they will be drawn in Group C alongside Brazil, Scotland and Haiti.
