Two states, one day (Day 80)

I woke up this morning after another night of poor sleep at the hostel. I’m normally a very deep sleeper, but I think the quality of my rest decreases when I’m surrounded by so many people in a bunkhouse.

I hung out at the Appalachian Snail Cafe for most of the morning, journaling on my phone. Around noon, I got back on the AT, which took me directly to the east side of Harper’s Ferry and its National Historical Park. …
