Budget update

Two extraordinary weeks made me spend $ 110 miserable. This lack of expense was mainly due to the cabin system through the whites, where I could enjoy three WFS opportunities. Complementing my expenditure further was the always present generosity of the American people, and their kindness in giving the excess foods that had mentioned the mountains. I spent my first dollars on accommodation while I stayed in the camp in Gorham. And I bought too much at food at the last Walmart in a north direction on a zero glutton day.

Then, after six weeks, my total expense is (insert the battery roll here) $ 357. The division is $ 340 in food, $ 17 in accommodation and $ 0 in transport.

Go ahead to Maine

The weather forecast was for heavy rains and thunderstorms from the 1 PM I really don’t care about the rain when walking, but given the opportunity in a long distance walk, I will bend it and knit it like a bull dancing in a porcelain store, mainly because in this humid environment it is difficult to put something dry once wet.

I succumbed to a nap of two hours after lunch, and when I woke up mocked some nuts and sour worms. More through hikers they arrived from the north and the south during the afternoon soaked, and I was glad to have reached the dry refuge.

The pleasant conversations with the fast filling shelter made them melt and too soon it was time to eat more food. The dinner was my Ramen of Pad Thai, followed by a little magic of trails of a hiker, an Oreo chocolate cookie.

After one more conversation, it was time to call the day completed. A wonderful day on the road, and I fell asleep with the knowledge that the notch Mahosuc expected to have fun tomorrow morning.
