Day 11: Llanfairpwll to Llyn Rhos Ddu
The long day
Yesterday was a very windy day. We got soaked. At one point I put on my puffer jacket over my raincoat. I was shivering when we finally took shelter next to a stone wall to wait for our taxi.
We talked about today’s hike as we sat and waited.
I was exhausted. The effort and the cold caught up with me as I sat down. Later I also realized that I hadn’t drunk enough water. …
