Group L
| Position | Team | Played | wins | Pulls | To lose | GD | Points |
| 1. | England | 2 | 1 | 1 | 0 | +2 | 4 |
| 2. | Ghana | 2 | 1 | 1 | 0 | +1 | 4 |
| 3. | Croatia | 2 | 1 | 0 | 1 | -1 | 3 |
| 4. | Panama | 2 | 0 | 0 | 2 | -2 | 0 |
Qualification Scenarios:
England and Ghana can seal their place in the next round with a draw in the final group match. The Three Lions will take on Panama, while the Black Stars will take on Croatia. A defeat could also be enough to advance as one of the third-place teams.
Croatia can push Ghana into second place if they win their head-to-head match. If anything less, the 2018 finalist will have to be among the top eight third-place teams to advance in the competition.
Panama is eliminated from the competition. Even a win against England in the final group match will not be enough to move up to third place due to Croatia’s head-to-head advantage.
